Microprocessor based monitoring relay to measure moisture in a submersible pump. Due to the advanced design of the unit a high accuracy and safety is achieved. Response delay are incorporated to prevent nuisance tripping. The unit energises on application of supply. If the current through the probes is more than 20uA or the resistance is smaller than 10 Mohm, the relay will de-energise after 10 sec. The relay will energise if the current is less than 15uA and the resistance is more than 1.4Mohm.

Pump Sequence Relay – PSR1
Pump Sequence Relay – PSR1

Pump sequence module is designed to optimize the wear on pumps, compressors or generators. The first input energizes the first pump and stores this in non-volatile memory. Subsequent inputs will energize the next output. The number of its outputs correspond to the number of outputs. After power down or no inputs activated and an input is activated, the next in the sequence of outputs is activated. This ensures balanced usesage of the pumps because the same pump is not activated at the beginning of a sequence.

SF1_K Sequence Monitor with Adjustment

The SF1 Monitors negative phase sequence (NPS) voltage to detect phase failure, phase reversal and phase imbalance. The NPS voltage of the unit can be djusted from 7-15%. When any of these faults occur the unit will de-energize. The relay will only re-energize if the supply voltage corrects itself. The unit will not react to a balanced voltage variation
